Shipping Policy.

Every Custom Barricade Covers order is made to order and produced to your approved artwork and specifications. Because production only begins after you approve your free mockup, shipping timelines are measured from the date of mockup approval, not the order date.

Production and transit time

Standard production is typically about two weeks from approved mockup. Transit time is additional and varies by destination and the shipping method selected for your order. Rush production may be available for firm event deadlines — ask before ordering. All timelines are estimates and can vary based on order size, product type, and carrier conditions.

Shipping costs

Shipping is quoted per order based on quantity, weight, and destination, and is confirmed with your quote. We do not charge a flat rate because barricade covers vary widely in size and volume.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed; we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control. If you have a hard in-hands date, tell us up front so we can plan production and shipping around it.
