What’s the minimum order?
Our standard minimum is 10 covers. Smaller keepsake or single-line runs are quoted case by case — just tell us what you need.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the thousands for stadiums, race series, and multi-site campaigns.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can produce a pre-production sample or proof so you can check fabric, fit, and print before committing to the full quantity.
Can I mix cover styles in one order?
Yes. Combine mesh, blockout, and specialty covers in a single order to hit volume pricing.
Can I reorder and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, fabric, and dimensions on file so repeat orders match exactly.
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are ideal. No print-ready art? Send a logo photo or PDF and our designers rebuild it print-ready for free.
I don’t have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Our designers can build print-ready artwork from a reference image, sketch, or description.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We colour-match to your brand or sponsor guidelines so every cover in the line is consistent.
Can you print sponsor logos and wayfinding together?
Absolutely. We routinely lay out multi-sponsor walls, directional signage, and event branding across a run of covers.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, until you approve. Revisions are always free.
How long does production take?
About 2 weeks from approved mockup. Rush production is available for firm event deadlines — send us the date.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. When your event date won’t move, ask about rush — we’ll confirm the fastest achievable ship date.
What sizes and barricade types do you cover?
Standard steel barricades, bike-rack / French barriers, A-frames, and water-filled jersey barriers — plus custom dimensions. Send measurements and we build to fit.
Are the covers reusable?
Yes. Durable fabric, reinforced hems, and tie-downs mean they go up in seconds and pack down to reuse event after event.
How do the covers attach?
Most covers use reinforced hems with fabric ties or elastic that secure to the barricade frame. We can tailor the attachment to your hardware.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide, with quoted shipping based on quantity and destination. International shipping is available on request.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or doesn’t match your approved mockup, we remake the affected covers.
How much do barricade covers cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote. Typical per-cover ranges run roughly $35–$95 depending on style, fabric, size, and print coverage.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Price depends on quantity, barricade type, and decoration. A quick quote gives you the accurate number — usually within one business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, ACH, and purchase orders for established organizations and agencies.
Do you offer a lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, tell us — we’ll match or beat it.
What are the covers made of?
Knitted polyester mesh for wind-permeable outdoor use, or opaque blockout polyester for maximum colour saturation. Both have reinforced hems.
Is the print durable?
Yes. Dye-sublimation bonds the ink into the fabric so it won’t crack or peel, and holds up to repeated outdoor use and folding.
How do I clean and store them?
Spot-clean or gentle machine wash cold, air dry, and store rolled or folded dry. Detailed care instructions ship with every order.
