All Custom Barricade Covers products are custom-manufactured and printed to each customer’s approved artwork, dimensions, and specifications. Because every item is made to order, all sales are final — we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Our production guarantee

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake and replace the affected covers at no charge. This is a production guarantee, not a return policy — it covers manufacturing errors and defects, not changes of mind, artwork approved in error, or ordering the wrong barricade size.

Why the free-mockup step matters

Our free mockup and unlimited-revision process exists precisely so you can confirm every detail — artwork, colours, fabric, and dimensions — before anything is produced. Please review your mockup carefully; approval authorizes production to your specifications.

Reporting a problem

If something is wrong with your order, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery at george@custombarricadecovers.com or (929) 605-4397, with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
